Nara, Daibutsu (great statue of Buddha)

Stereoscopic photography (3D photo): please see with cross-eyed method
back side of Buddha

at the back room of "Daibutsu-den", there is a pillar with a hole at the bottom of it. The size of the hole is the same as that of Daibutsu's nostril. They say "it's luck if you can pass through the hole." (might be the meaning of not to be fatty :-))

go out of Daiutsu-den

looking at Naka-mon

then, let's go to "Nigatsu-dou" (meaning "temple of February")

go up and up (and sometimes left)

then arrive at Nigatsu-dou
